An exhibition of Gay Girls and Bachelor Boys - The Liberation Years at Brighton Jubilee Library 6–8 February 2012. Part of a much larger exhibition The Liberation Years part is packed with information and pictures about the social groups, campaigns and entertainment of the 1970s and '80s in Brighton. Includes the early days of Brighton Gay Switchboard, Gay Liberation Front, Campaign for Homosexual Equality, Brighton Lesbian Group, Women's Liberation, Siren Theatre Company and Bright Girls lesbian band. Those were the days!
